As your Day of Wedding Coordinator  we ensure that your day is filled with ease and grace.  From start to finish our expertise will direct your day and oversee the flow of your planning.  On your wedding day we will coordinate with your vendors and over-see your time-line.  Our team will tend to all the little details, that are sure to arise, so that you can simply enjoy your special day creating wonderful memories. 

We begin with a phone consultation  or an in-person meetings as soon as you are ready and provide all the essential pointers so that you can begin your beautiful plan.  We will be here for you every step of the way offering advice, sample charts, time-lines and spreadsheets as requested. Together we perfect your Wedding Day Master Time-line via skype, Facetime or an in-person meeting. We will walk through the fine details of your time-line, in advance, so that your wedding day flows perfectly.  As your Day of Coordinator we ensure that every detail in your Master Plan flows with ease and grace on your wedding day.

Vendor Relations ~  In the days and weeks prior to your wedding day we follow up with all contracted vendors to connect as your Wedding Day of Coordinator and to confirm start times or any time-line changes since your initial vendor agreement.

Ceremony Rehearsal & Procession Directing and Consulting~  We will consult on the style of your ceremony & wedding party procession prior to your wedding day and direct your rehearsal and actual ceremony so that all flows perfectly.
